CSS Mania was born in March 2004 as section on the personal blog of Gabriel Segura as he loafed around the few CSS Showcases that existed during that time. They launched CSS Mania in February 2006 as an initiative of Blogs Media, a Spanish company specializing in blog design, publishing and consulting and committed to the development of the Hispanic and international blogospheres.
